Please accept

Orders are
shipped from overseas within 2 business days by AIRMAIL,
and will be delivered by your local postal service within 7-14
business days (2-3 weeks) from the original date
of order. We have no control over delays in the customs service or
the postal service at the destination.
95% of our
orders are delivered within 7-14 business days (2-3 weeks); 4.5% within
3-4 weeks and only 0.5% are delayed any further or lost.
We do our
best to ship your products out on time and if 30 days or more have
passed from the date of order, your package has most likely been lost
in the mail.
Our product
delivery guarantee states that if
your order does not arrive within 30 days from your date of order,
we will reship or refund your order at your option.

and tell us that 30 days have passed and if you would like a refund
or reshipment. Please email us with your preferred method of resolution
(reshipment or refund).

your shipping address: Required because over half of lost
packages have incorrect address originally provided by customers.)

or Billing Name used to place the order,
with your
request for a reshipment or refund.
