Will my personal information stay private?
All of your information will stay private. We do not share your information with other companies nor will we ever sell it to other companies or 3rd parties. We do not get to see your credit card number and it is not stored by us.

Does SuperSaverMeds.com spam?
SuperSaverMeds.com will never intentionally spam anyone. We do our own advertising and marketing and use ethical and legal means when doing it. During checkout, customers have the option of signing up to our newsletter. When newsletters go out, there is always a link to unsubscribe from the mailing list.

Is there any way to report spam?
If you suspect that you have received spam from us, or from a company that is spamming that we are affiliated with, please report it to us immediately at abuse@SuperSaverMeds.com

Are transactions on the site secure?
We use state of the art, 128-bit SSL encryption provided by Equifax/GeoTrust to encrypt your transaction. This means that any information provided on our site cannot be intercepted and stolen by anyone. Your information is 100% secure with us, guaranteed!

Do you store my credit card information?
We do not store any credit card information. It is securely transmitted directly to the bank, and the bank sends us an authorization code. This means we only get to see the first four, and last four digits of your credit card number and the authorization. We will never get to see your credit card number, your CVV code or the expiration date.

Are packages from SuperSaverMeds discreetly shipped?
We employ some of the most discreet shipping methods in the industry. Our packages are made to look like letters, and never reveal the contents of the package on the outside, nor do they provide any indication to what is inside by feeling them.
